In the summer, trails wind away from the site, the Tisleia river sparkles in the sun, and the Mjølkevegen route invites you on long cycling trips through mountains and valleys. If you wish to explore further, the *Jettegrytene* (natural rock pools) and other fantastic hiking destinations are close by.
Children can play freely – on the large playground or by our own trout pond, where they can fish and try out the pedal boats, their laughter echoing across the water.
When winter arrives, snow settles like a soft blanket over the valley. Cross-country ski trails begin right at your doorstep, leading you for miles into the quiet wilderness, where the only sound is the snow crunching beneath your skis.
